My Favourite Lush Fresh Face Masks!

If you know me, you know I have a huge obsession with Lush Cosmetics! I literally could go into that store and spend hundreds of dollars on EVERY kind of product they offer. I wanted to just introduce you guys to a few of my favourite Lush fresh face masks! These masks are so great! They are made fresh and packed with fruits, vegetables, butters, clays, and oils! An important thing to note is that these masks are unavailable online. Because they are so fresh, and must be kept refridgerated at all times, they are only available in stores… and THEY GO QUICK. It’s very rare that you will find a fully stocked fridge at an in store location. These masks sell out so fast.  If you live in the Newmarket area, the Upper Canada location gets their shipment of fresh face masks every Thursday, so if you are interested in getting one I suggest going on a Thursday or Friday because they are almost guaranteed to have the one that you like!

The two face masks that I have absolutely been loving lately are Brazened Honey and Cupcake! Each face mask is very different and WORKS WONDERS on my skin so Ill just jump into telling you a little bit about each mask and how it feels on my skin!

Brazened Honey

This is a deep-cleansing mask that banishes dirt and excess oils! It is extremely stimulating and almost feels as if you can feel it doing its job as soon as you put it on your skin. I’m not even kidding when I say that I can see my skin looking brighter and fresher as soon as I remove this mask. It has cleared up a lot of my blemishes, and I also have noticed my skin feeling more moisturized! It has cleared up my dry skin and totally leaves my skin feeling fresh and clean! I highly recommend this mask! Make sure you keep it refrigerated though, it is a fresh mask and will go bad if you keep it on your shelf! Also, the feeling of a cold mask on your skin actually FEELS AMAZING! The only downside to this mask is that it definitely doesn’t smell the greatest, but it does such a great job at exfoliating and making your skin look so bright and beautiful, that the smell doesn’t even matter! I highly recommend trying this product!!

Cupcake
The second mask I wanted to talk about is the Cupcake face mask! This mask is as fun as it sounds! It actually smells like delicious, freshly made chocolate cupcakes… yum! Its hard to resist actually EATING the face mask while applying it because it literally smells THAT GOOD. If you suffer from oily or spotty skin, this is the face mask for you! Some of the ingredients include mint, which leaves a cool tingly sensation on your skin, and vanilla which helps deal with redness and puffiness on your skin. I highly suggest only using this mask before having a shower because when the mask fries it gets very crumbly and is a MESS when removing it! This mask is perfect for a breakout or troubled skin! It smells GREAT, and feels amazing.. however I do not recommend tasting it. Although it smells as good as a cupcake, I have a feeling it just won’t taste as good as one!
